This module is designed to train and equip current and future Cleaning Supervisors with the technical skills and competencies to manage equipment and inventory.

At the end of this course, Learners will be able to:

• Monitor and maintain equipment and inventories in accordance with organisational policies and procedures

• Acquire equipment and inventories in accordance with organisational policies and procedures

• Prepare maintenance schedule and documentation accurately

• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and implement safety checks for tools and equipment to ensure safety of users

• Troubleshoot any equipment and inventory damages

• Assess effectiveness of inventory and equipment management and propose improvements in accord-ance with organisational policies and procedures
