The course aims to train food handlers to prepare, handle and store food safely in food service and food manufacturing environment. They will also learn to practice good personal hygiene and other related topics.

2. Use Safe Ingredients
3. Handle Food Safely
4. Store Food Safely
5. Maintain Cleanliness of Equipment and Premises
